This is a film about Mick Rock, the most important rock photographer in the last 50 years. Through his lens, this documentary traces the story from London glam to New York punk. Lots of figures appear in it, because he "shot" them all: David Bowie, Syd Barrett, Blondie, Queen, Lou Reed and Iggy Pop, among others. Mick Rock didn't just portray them, but created an image of them that will last for ever within us. This documentary records it all, making the film into something that is simply magical.
