Meet Stormskater – a London based roller-skater who started skating by picking up tips and techniques from other skaters in different spots in the city. Now, she’s one of the most well known skaters in the UK. She gives us insight into the increasingly popular sport and its community, its relevance around appropriation, ownership, authenticity and the fundamental need for space.

Guen Murroni

Guen Murroni is a writer/director. Her short “Fee” was nominated for Best British Short at the IRIS Prize 2019. She's currently developing two features "As For Me" and "We Love You Searlie" as well as a TV series. She has two shorts in the festival circuit for 2021-2022 and a commission from Open Clasp Theatre for 2022. Her novel "The Jiggle" was long listed at the Bridport Prize 2018. Guen loves telling human stories, whether through politics or social issues, with a touch of humour and joy. She is represented by Independent Talent.
